Borough-wide Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy Fund Now Open

Nearly £900,000 is now available for community projects and the Council is asking for bids from right across the borough to access this funding.

Applications open today (Friday 28 May) and will run until Sunday 25 July.

The Council is inviting proposals for community projects directed towards:

  • mentoring services for children and young people
  • tackling crime and anti-social behaviour
  • employment and training support for people with disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • the recovery from Covid-19

The Borough-wide NCIL fund is for projects covering two or more wards or the entire borough. Grants are available for small, medium or large scale projects of up to £100,000 that are delivered by individuals, organisations or in partnership.
